Flute of Whitefield
Flute of Whitefield - In-Hand Champion RHS 2000![]()
We purchased Flute as a weaned foal from the Whitefield Stud and had three tremendous years of fun and success showing her. This was culminated by her being overall highland pony inhand champion at the Royal Highland Show as a 3yo filly in 2000. After this she was retired to stud and has since had five foals, two fillies and three colts. Both fillies have been retained, Magic Flute and Silver Flute and both have achieved much success in the showring and have already produced prizewinning progeny themselves. Magic was HPS Breed Show Champion in 2006 and Silver was Reserve Female Champion RHS in 2005, and both have had filly foals that have won their class at the HPS Breed Show. See Magic and Silver's pages for further details . The colt she had in 2004 was purchased jointly by the Leyhills and Finches stud, he has since been licensed as a stallion and has continued the Flute line's successful record in the showring. She had another colt foal in 2005, he was sold at weaning and has since been gelded and is with new owners in England.
